Mr. P. P. Joshy is a veteran entrepreneur and one of the founding promoters of Solwatt Power Pvt. Ltd. With a career spanning over three decades in electrical and renewable energy sectors, he brings deep technical knowledge in power electronics, sales strategy, and manufacturing.

Mr. Joshy began his professional journey in marketing and sales of electrical accessories and components, successfully managing operations across 18 states in India, where he developed expertise in market expansion, channel management, and product positioning.

In 1994, he founded Prompt Industries, which became one of the pioneering companies in India manufacturing CFL ballasts, energy-saving devices, and tube light electronic ballast systems — making him an early innovator in energy-efficient lighting solutions.

In 2001, Mr. Joshy’s focus shifted toward solar solutions with the establishment of Promptec Electro Enterprises, which specialized in Solar CFL lighting and solar accessories like advanced charge controllers. He later transformed this venture into Promptec Renewable Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2008, a company known for solar lighting, LED products, and renewable energy technologies.

At Solwatt Power, he leverages his strategic vision and industry experience to guide the company’s growth in solar EPC, product innovation, and market leadership in Kerala’s renewable energy landscape.

Mr. Roy Paul K.

Promoter & Director

Mr. Roy Paul K. (Roy Paul Kannukadan) is a key promoter and director of Solwatt Power Pvt. Ltd., bringing over two decades of experience in alternate energy systems, power electronics, and renewable technologies.

A graduate in Mathematics, Roy Paul has a rich background in technical leadership and business development across several energy-focused organizations. Before joining Solwatt Power, he served as Director – Technical at RBN Solar Pvt. Ltd. and was CEO of Epsilon Power Technologies, where he led operations in solar water heating, UPS/inverter technologies, and related energy solutions.

He also held leadership roles at Epsilon Energy Controls Pvt. Ltd. (including Chairman earlier in his career), where he played a pivotal role in building new products and expanding market reach in the power electronics and renewable sector. At Solwatt Power, Roy Paul’s domain expertise strengthens the company’s technical execution, project design, system optimization, and customer-oriented renewable solutions.

Mr. Clinton Davis

Director

Mr. Clinton Davis is a Director at Solwatt Power Pvt. Ltd. and represents the engineering and operational leadership within the company.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering, providing him a strong foundation in technology, system integration, and electrical design.
